Born and bred in Southern Switzerland (Bellinzona) during college I joined a band and soon developed an interest in making things sound nice and clear… and loud! So I picked up working for a regional PA rental company (K-Sound). A few years later moved to London where I started working for leading Pa company Britannia Row (first shifting boxes and cleaning cables and all that very glamorous side of the industry). Later on I started gigging as assistant engineer/babysitter and then landed the Kula Shaker gig.

Consequently worked with many artist including VV BrownAmy WinehouseKanoGorillazCassette KidsPatrick WolfTindersticksAmy MacDonaldDelorentos and David Bisbal. From 2011 I am also Waves Live product specialist for Latin America as well as Sales Manager for Spain and Portugal. I was looking after Calvin Harris FOH sound for a few years, a mastering gig on a huge scale! Love the fact I tune the PA for a specific song instead of a song for a PA!

2017/2018 Mixing the broadcast feed for the spanish show Got Talent was good fun, then a world tour of Spain with for a Spanish superstar David Bisbal

Tiësto knocked on my door and I could not pass the offer! Back out mastering records on massive rigs! (and checking in airport lounges like a pro). In 2019 I mixed FOH for Operación Triunfo 2018, a TV show moved onto arena shows with 14 kids singing, mainly in front of a big PA hang! From February 2019 I joined forces with Marc Llopis to distribute the incredible JH Audio products for the Spanish market and launching the brand.

2019 what a fantastic year, finished off with being in charge of the audio for the Davis Cup finals opening and closing ceremonies; total career highlight!

2020 was a total write off, although I did a few gigs with David BisbalTiesto (pre-covid) and Natalia Lacunza. Ever so thankful for them trying to look after us during these incredibly difficult times.

2021 was great not many gigs but kept busy enough to find a fantastic work/family balance. Made many memories with my family!

2022 was a killer year, we shot prime time TV show for Movistar called “Mi año favorito”, manning the music mix for the broadcast

2023 The year started in TV land producing the sound for the music for That’s My Jam España, prime time show for Movistar, a franchise of Jimmy Fallon That’s My Jam program. Then in the spring we did 20 shows for Bisbal 20th anniversary at the Universal Music hotel Albania in Madrid, fantastic experience! The summer got really busy… then in the autumn I did the sound of th Centenary concert for Disney Spain at the Teatro Real in Madrid, quite possibly the most elegant show I have ever had the pleasure mixing and onto the next show which was a charity gig at the WiZink Center for radio Cadena100. Now onto the Grammys….

Some services provided

I have vast experience in mixing sound for very large audiences, being on mainstream TV( X-factor, Got Talent, Jools Holland Show, Jimmy Fallon, Buenafuente, to name a few), at large festivals (Coachella, Lollapalooza, Montreux Jazz, you name it I’ve probably been there..), Clubs (Omnia, Zouk group…), corporate shows (league of legends finals…), or in studio. Below you’ll find some productions I have worked in the past for my clients. Attention to detail is what I focus on the most. No matter the medium I believe everybody has to have the best sonic experience. Through years of research and experience using the most advanced audio processing tools, I am able to deliver consistent output being over a PA, on a TV set or on Youtube with the sound picked up at one of the shows. Distorted YouTube videos are a thing of the past, careful management of the dynamic range almost always guarantees the fans recordings are crystal clear, for them to play back and be able to enjoy the experience again and again..
